The Packaging Cookbook was Ian Montgomery's graduate thesis project for the Package Design program at Pratt Institute. Ian now runs Guacamole Airplane, a design studio focused on sustainable packaging.

This project owes its thanks to the Pratt Institute's Graduate Student Education Fund, Guerrilla Science, Countercurrent, Arianna Deane, Donna Koretsky, Eric O'Toole, Jenny Lee, Adam Apostolos, Tom Kochtitzky, Robert Zakarian, Matthew Duepner and many more. Muchas gracias.

This project is heavily inspired by the Precious Plastic movement and The Whole Earth Catalog.
